Appointment fee policy

The appointment fee covers appointment support and guidance. Clinic medical fees are paid directly to the medical center and are not collected by us.

Eligibility for refunds

Refunds may be considered if we are unable to secure an appointment after receiving complete and accurate applicant information.

If we do not confirm your appointment within 24 hours of receiving complete details, we provide a full refund of the appointment fee.
